Airport Yoga Rooms: Where to Find Them in North America

Who knew airport yoga was even happening when most of us can’t even find a decent meal before a flight? Turns out, there are a ton of airport yoga rooms in North America to calm your nerves and stretch you out on your layover. And just like finding decent food, you’ll want to find decent airport yoga rooms too.

Airports are stressful. Just like the heavy Los Angeles traffic, they can make us want to scream (and that would be really bad on a flight). Even though you can’t fully escape the chaos of the terminal, you can escape to one of the many airport yoga rooms. However, it’s not just limited to airport yoga rooms. We’ve seen people busting a move right there at the gate!

There is plenty of Instagram evidence to show that yogis have taken to finding open spots to practice. See? Not limited to airport yoga rooms! For some inspiration here are five airport yoga poses you can do anywhere.

If you don’t want all eyes on you in downward dog, head over to one of the airport yoga rooms to Zen out.
